We are looking for a quiet 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home in a nice quiet neighborhood with a good size living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room. We also need a large backyard preferably fenced for our two boys ages 1 and 8. Amenities must included a washer/dryer area, dishwasher, central air, hot air heat and parking for 2 cars. Optional but preferred? Fireplace, Complete Basement and a Garage. We have a 3 year long rental history (we were both in college prior to this) and excellent paying jobs. Our current lease expires in October 06 so we are looking to move in mid to late September. I know this is a few months down the road, but we if are able to find something now we will commit to leasing the place in September. |
